1) What is the cost of your meal packages?
12 entrée package $239
8 entrée package $175
That’s like having dinnertime covered for almost half the month or nearly a full month, depending on the meal package you choose! And all of our dishes are designed to feed 4-6 adults, so our price per serving is less than fast food!
2) Can I divide the meals into smaller portions for my family?
We offer half-sized packaging that’s ideal for dividing our meals. For example, 12 full-sized meals can be divided into 24 half-sized meals. Families of 2 or 3 may find that half-sized meals suit their needs best. Or if you prefer, two families can divide an order. Bring a friend and assemble meals together! There’s no extra charge and it’s twice the fun!
3) Is there a way to try this before I commit to a full menu package?
Sure! There are actually three ways! First, consider splitting an order with a friend. You can both share an 8-meal plan for less than $3.75 per serving! Or, make a reservation to attend one of our monthly sampling sessions and try all of the entrées on menu for the following month. You can also stop by to purchase a freshly made Ready-To-Go Effortless Entree from our refrigerator or freezer. (Our offerings change daily. Call us to ask what entrees are available.)
4) My friends and I would like to have a private party. How does that work?
C’mon in! For a minimum group of 12, we offer private parties, which can be scheduled during our existing session times. For groups of 12 or more, we can create a special session time to accommodate your needs. And don’t forget, if it’s a special occasion, let us know when you’re booking! We have lots of ways to make your private party even more special! Additional charges may apply, so please ask for details when scheduling! And, by all means, feel free to bring the adult beverage of your choice. After all, this is designed to be a relaxing way to visit while you prepare great food.
5) What if I need to change my order?
Give us a call at 630-682-9999. Depending on the change, we may require three days notice.
6) What if I need to reschedule my individual session time?
Please call us at 630-682-9999. Keep in mind, all of our ingredients are handpicked specifically for each order. That’s because we only buy the freshest, highest quality ingredients available to ensure the most delicious results. Therefore, we’ll be glad to reschedule an individual session within a two-day window. Reschedules outside that timeframe are subject to a 30% fee. To avoid rescheduling, we can assemble your entrées and deliver them to you for just $29 extra. (Depending on where you live, additional delivery charges may apply.)
Please note: We ask that you NOT come to Victoria’s Kitchen if you or other members of your immediate family are ill. That’s because we don’t want to run the risk of spreading contamination among our guests. Food safety is the cornerstone of our business. So if you are feeling under the weather, by all means, call to reschedule. It’s no problem. Better safe than sorry!
7) What is the policy for rescheduling a private party?
Rescheduling the entire group requires a two-week notice. Because of the large quantity of fresh ingredients that need to be ordered, a 50% surcharge will be applied if cancelled within the two-week timeframe.
8) Can I bring my kids?
Absolutely! We think cooking with your kids is a great way to spend quality time together. It also a fun way to teach kids the basics of math and good hygiene without them even realizing they’re learning. Just remember, children ages 10-13 must be accompanied by an adult. Kids 14 and older are welcome to prepare meals for their families solo. All kids must complete a brief tutorial with a member of our staff before their scheduled session. And rest assured, our staff is always there to assist in case there are any questions during a session.
9) Does Victoria’s Kitchen offer gift certificates?
Yes. We think they make great gifts for new parents, time-strapped families and active empty nesters alike. We can make a gift certificate in any amount you choose. Just call 630-682-9999 to request yours or stop in during our normal business hours.
10) How do I redeem coupons, promotional offers or gift certificates?
If ordering online, just type in the promotional code at the end of your order. Otherwise, be sure to mention any special offers/discounts to our staff when scheduling. Your savings will be reflected in your final cost.
11) Do you offer any fundraising opportunities through Victoria’s Kitchen?

12) I love the concept, but honestly, I don’t have 2 hours to prepare meals! What are my options?
We understand. We know how hectic life can be! For a small additional fee of $29, our staff will assemble your meals for you. You can then pick them up or have them delivered* to your door. (Delivery fees dependent on your distance from our location.) *All delivers require the signature of an authorized, adult,18 years or older. We cannot leave an order otherwise. Delivery is available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
13) How healthy are your meals?
At Victoria’s Kitchen, we think great tasting food can and should be healthy. Because we use only the freshest, highest quality ingredients available, our recipes are naturally wholesome and nutritious. Our group of home economists has developed all of our recipes to be both delicious as well as nutritionally balanced. And we’ve made sure they’re all “Mom-approved and kid-tested” to appeal to families. Because, let’s face it, if it doesn’t taste great, you’re not going to eat it—no matter how good it is for you. The key is “everything in moderation.” That’s our definition of a well-balanced diet.
14) Can I make meals that are 100% natural and certified all organic?
Of course! We offer 4 All-Natural Organic menu options every month. We use only 100% USDA certified organic produce. When available, we use poultry and beef from farms that use only natural grains for feed and do not use growth hormones or antibiotics.
15) I lost the heating/cooking instructions for my meal! What should I do?
Don’t worry! Cooking/reheating instructions for all of our entrées are located right on this website. Click here to find the instructions you need.
16) What's the privacy policy at Victoria's Kitchen?
Simple. We will not share personal or demographic information with other entities. It is used solely to complete your order transaction. For your additional protection, our website does not retain your credit card information. This means that you will have to input your credit card information each and every time you place an order with us.
